Returns

Eligible Returns

Unused, unopened products in original packaging
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Defective or damaged products
Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
Products damaged by misuse or improper care
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers

Return Process

Contact Us – Email us at info@jointlicker.com within 30 days of purchase
Provide Details – Include your order number and reason for return
Receive Authorization – We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions
Ship Back – Return the item(s) using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processed – We’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is defective)
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
Return the unwanted item for a refund
Place a new order for the desired item

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product:
Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
We’ll provide a prepaid return label
Defective items will be replaced at no charge

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel
Once shipped, standard return policy applies
